● Polyurea spraying on the surface of screen under beams
The surface of screen beams are sprayed with wear-resistant polyurea material, and annealing heat treatment was carried out to eliminate welding stress. The side plates and guard plates are cut by CNC plasma; the connectors are connected by high-strength riveting bolts without welding seam.
● High frequency vibrating motor
The main body of screen is driven by two high frequency vibration motors to generate linear motion, so that the material can be ejected along the moving direction for operating the screening and dewatering.
● High quality hot rolled steel
The main body of the screen machine is made of high quality hot rolled steel, and the main vibration beam is designed with thick wall seamless steel pipe.
● Rubber Springs
